Meanwhile, many projects continue to advance beautifully through construction. Our Lighthouse Point Shingle and Harbor View Shingle designs have both been progressing exceptionally well.

And of course, each year brings fresh opportunities, and this one is no exception. This year we are pleased to be launching new projects along the East Coast, from New England to Florida. A few we are particularly excited about include our Shoreline Gambrel, a residence along the Connecticut shoreline, and our Harborside Gambrel in Rhode Island, both of which exemplify our enduring commitment to classic shingle-style waterfront architecture.

Our Mid-Country Georgian is another one of our highly-anticipated new projects breaking ground soon. Additionally, we are beginning several historic home renovations, as well as a full transformation of a previously compromised waterfront property in Palm Beach, our Florida Coast Mediterranean home.
